Building a home can be intimating with all the decisions that need to be made. The team at Perfection Builders were there every step of the way as we had our new patio home built in Curry Farms subdivision. They were helpful with the home design, both with the interior and exterior. We were part of the building process with scheduled walk throughs during the construction and weekly updates per email. After the closing, the team continued to help us with minor item corrections in the home. Perfection Builders are committed to quality in their work. We enjoyed working with Michelle Heareth and Michael Lagestee through this building process. We are so happy to be here in our new home in Curry Farms!

I wanted to let you know I had another happy closing with Perfection Builders yesterday. It was a build from the ground up and I want to brag on your team! It was a difficult build because the client was in another state for most of the process, so my client and I had to depend on your team much more than normal. They all stepped up!
Travis, the superintendent, was AMAZING! Of course, there are always hiccups during a building process, but Travis always answered my texts or my client’s texts promptly and quickly got back to us. I am sure he has a bazillion new builds going at all times, but we felt very well taken care of and heard! Also, Travis does not take the path-of-least-resistance. He wants to make sure the buyer is happy even if it that meant more work for himself. Not many superintendents respond that way!
I also loved working with Wyatt. He is always very helpful. He gets questions answered and got us the information and pricing we needed quickly. He always seems to be in a good mood and doesn’t get rattled when things get hectic. That is a true gift!
I also want to tell you what a great asset it is to have the Design Center for the buyers to go to a one-stop shop. Karen and Kaylee were especially helpful to my client. That is a tough job especially when the buyer is not in town.
I look forward to my next transaction with Perfection. You have a great team!

Great quality and built the exact home wanted. Scott and Jason are very professional, and care about their customers and their homes. The subcontractors they hire take their jobs seriously and are courteous. Our build supervisor was great to work with during the building process and continued to help with issues after the closing. I personally checked the foundation for accuracy of measurements, level, and square, and found it spot on. I did the same for the framing and found the same “perfection.” Plumbing and electrical were also perfect. Two minor details were quickly fixed. Jake was working overtime to make sure things were done on time. A door and window supply glitch (wrong sizes), which was a vendor error, was corrected. Picking out interior items at the decorator location could not have gone better. I even met one of the owners, who went out of his way to introduce himself and assured me that I could call him if necessary. I never had to, but I’d love to show him the house he built for me! This house is super quiet, super energy efficient, and fun to live in because of the thought and effort that went into the design and construction.

There were some things they had to redo, but they did them all very professionally. They had some staff issues during our build and they handled all that professionally and with grace. Whatever “bump” it was, they corrected it and there was never a problem again. They’re honorable and follow through with all their commitments. Overall, I would highly recommend them as an excellent quality builder with high integrity.
