SCOTT LEHNER
Scott Lehner is Owner, Chief Executive of Perfection Builders. He grew up in Cheney, KS, working on a farm and for a masonry contractor while in high school. He graduated from Wichita State University in 1985 with a degree in accounting and has an extensive financial background. Scott’s true passion is real estate development and construction. He oversees accounting, finance, land acquisition & planning, and the sales operations of the company.
JASON RONK
Jason Ronk is Owner, Chief Operations of Perfection Builders. Originally from Wellington, KS, he grew up working on a farm and has always been “hands on.” At 19, Jason began framing houses, and eventually specialized as a trim carpenter. By the age of 23, he started his own carpentry business and gained a reputation as a skilled craftsman. After meeting Scott Lehner, the two formed Perfection Builders. Jason oversees operations & construction, quality control, and land development for the company.
