RICH HEARETH
Rich Heareth – Division Manager. Rich joined Perfection Builders through Epcon Communities, where he served as Vice President of North Carolina operations and played a pivotal role in Epcon’s expansion into the NC market. He later returned to his roots in Louisville to oversee operations for Perfection Builders. Rich holds a degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
MICHELLE HEARETH
Michelle Heareth is a seasoned professional in the home building industry, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and design. Originally from Florida, she has made Louisville, Kentucky, her home for more than two decades. Michelle is dedicated to guiding customers through the home buying and design process, ensuring they find the perfect fit for their needs. Outside of her professional life, Michelle enjoys spending time with her two grown children and four beloved dogs.
