Step 1: Purchase Agreement
After the homesite and home style have been selected and priced, you will choose the key home features and sign your purchase contract, marking the start of building the home of your dreams.
Step 2: Design Selections
Join our in-house interior designer at our Design Center to explore and select the perfect interior finishes for your new home. This is where you will personalize everything from flooring to fixtures, creating a space that truly reflects your style.
Step 3: Pre-construction Meeting
Meet with your project manager and the construction team to review the finalized plans and walk through each state of the construction process. This meeting ensures everyone is aligned for a smooth build from start to finish.
Step 4: Pre-Drywall Walkthrough
Meet with your project manager at the homesite to review and confirm your electrical selections from the design appointment before drywall installation begins. This step ensures all wiring and placements meet your expectations.
Step 5: Quality Mark Inspection
This is performed by Warranty to inspect the home prior to the final punch work completion.
Step 6: The Mark of Perfection
Meet at your new home for a “mini” home walkthrough to show the finished home prior to closing. Receive the keys to your beautiful new home and step into a lifestyle designed for living well every day!
