Registering for the PB Realtor Co-Op Program
To be eligible for compensation from PB Realty, all cooperating buyer’s agents must:
- Accompany their clients during the client’s initial visit
- Register their clients with one of our new home sales specialists on-site
Our sales team will handle the registration process and answer any questions about our homes, communities, and buying process.
Agents must follow these steps to be recognized for participation.
