Meet with our New Home Sales Specialist to select your ideal homesite and floorplan. During this meeting, you’ll also choose key home features and sign your purchase contract, marking the start of building the home of your dreams.
Step 2: Plan Review
Meet with our construction team to review preliminary floorplan renderings, including the electrical layout, and window and door placements. This meeting is your opportunity to make any desired adjustments or additions, which will be estimated and added to the contract as needed.
Step 3: Design Selections
Join our in-house interior designer at our Design Center to explore and select the perfect interior finishes for your new home. This is where you will personalize everything from flooring to fixtures, creating a space that truly reflects your style.
Step 4: Preconstruction Meeting
Meet with your project manager and the construction team at the homesite to review the finalized plans, confirm the start date, and walk through each stage of the construction process. This meeting ensures everyone is aligned for a smooth build from start to finish.
Step 5: Pre-Drywall Walkthrough
Meet with your project manager at the homesite to review and confirm your electrical selections from the design appointment before drywall installation begins. This step ensures all wiring and placements meet your expectations.
Step 6: Pre-Trim Walkthrough
Meet with your project manager and our trim carpenter at the homesite to finalize and confirm all custom trim selections and placements throughout your home. This step ensures that each detail aligns with your vision.
Step 7: Pre-Paint Walkthrough
Meet with your project manager at the homesite to confirm that all paint selections from your design appointment are accurate before the painting process begins. This step ensures your home’s color scheme is just as you envisioned.
Step 8: Exterior Flatwork Walkthrough
Meet with your project manager at the homesite to confirm the placement and layout of all exterior flatwork, including driveways, patios, and walkways, ensuring each element aligns with the specifications of the home plans and your preferences.

Join your project manager at the homesite for a comprehensive pre-closing walkthrough and orientation of your new home. This meeting, held before your closing date, ensures every detail meets with your satisfaction, marking the completion of your vision.
