"We are so excited about the quickly developing community and love the comfort and luxuries of our new home. It was love at first sight for both of us and we are so glad we jumped at the opportunity as soon as it was available."− Scott Hayes
"Building our dream house seemed like a huge undertaking but Scott Lehner and his team at Perfection Builders took our dream and made it into a reality. They walked us through the entire process and delivered on everything from quality of build to timing to cost. They worked with us making sure every detail was exactly the way we wanted it. Communication with the team was easy and quick; we were able to pick up the phone or send an e-mail and get our questions answered immediately during the build process. What we appreciated most about working with Scott, besides his great team, is the beautiful home they were able to build. They are truly great people to work with! Thanks again to you, Jason and Zeb, we love the house!"− Steven and Sara Peiffer
"Mr. Scott, thank you ever so much for all your efforts on building our new home, we have closed and so pleased. Each and every vendor was so wonderful to work with, everything is such quality and well done and we appreciate the assistance from everyone. We have already told friends that you might start a project in Manhattan. You have a very well respected company with high integrity so continue to do what you do. And once we get moved in we want you to stop by and have a cool one with us so you really see the finished product. Again, thank you."− Darnell Holopirek
"My wife tells me as she walks through the house, how much she loves her home. That statement makes me feel as though I just won the lottery. "− Sylvia & Paddy McCullough
"Hi, my name is Tammy and I live in the Courtyard at Auburn Hills. I have lived here for one year and it was the best move I have ever made. I am widowed and love to be around people and help others. Living here gives me those opportunities while at the same time I have all the privacy I want. Perfection Builders are rated number one in my books. They are kind and considerate to your needs while building and make the building process so easy. I have had a few repairs which are minor but Perfection gets right on it and it is fixed before you can blink your eyes. Our club house is beautiful, it has everything you need and more with a perfect exercise room and a beautiful pool with outdoor fireplace. I highly recommend you visit with one of the sales reps if you are interested I a great lifestyle. Also. A big thank you to Scott, Jason, Tammi, Missy, Chad, and all the workers who made this place happen. Just living the dream !❤"− Tammy Base
"We enjoy our nice maintained neighborhood with a clean and consistent curb appeal, also the club house with pool, gym, and gathering area is the center of the community activities. It is also conveniently located near shopping, restaurant's and recreational areas."− Jan Dugger
"We thoroughly enjoy living in the Courtyards at Auburn Hills . It is so nice to be relieved of weekly yard work and I particularly like the absence of steps in our home. The clubhouse is lovely and great for family parties. The builders and project manager were very accommodating in making the changes that we wanted in our floor plan and allowing us to make it our own. We have no regrets in choosing to live in the Courtyards at Auburn Hills."− Leonard & Joann Havlovic
"We love our new courtyard home! I like the close- knit community but still have privacy with our courtyard patio. It's easy to entertain or have family gatherings with the open modern floor plan. We downsized but have more storage than before. It is so nice to live on the beautiful grounds and enjoy the clubhouse and pool but not have the care and upkeep. We are glad we chose a home in Auburn Hills Courtyards!"− Frank and Patricia Beyer
"The location is great. Shopping, restaurants, and easy access is a big plus. Plus, being tucked in the back, very little traffic compared to other neighborhoods. Pool time is great, as we’ve all become good friends and get to know each other better. It’s a great time and experience. "− Larry Hanson
"We have lived at Courtyards at Auburn Hills now going on a year. We love our new home built by Perfection Builders. We are embracing the new no maintenance carefree lifestyle and enjoying all the amenities that come with living at the Courtyards at Auburn Hills."− Carol and Dick Chance
"I love living here. It's quiet, the neighbors are wonderful, the yard is taken care of, the home is quiet, it's beautiful here. I love my home, it has so much storage space and it's so much easier to take care of. I have a walk-in shower which is so wonderful. I am so glad I moved here"− Meredith Mauck
"We love living here at Auburn Hills Courtyard Patio Homes. It is so quiet and well maintained. We don't have to worry about caring for our lawn. This is included in our HOA along with watering, snow removal and trash. We have a beautiful Club House along with a heated salt water pool. The people are very nice. It was easy working with Tammi."− Dick & Doris Beard
"My husband and I looked for months around Wichita to try and find an existing home that didn't have too many stairs. We are a working couple with an empty nest but with several grandkids. Everything that we looked at either had too many stairs or you were looking right into your neighbors house.− Ray & Mary Burford
My husband is an ex-football player and as such has had numerous knee surgeries and one complete knee replacement, and I have fibromyalgia. But these disorders never slowed us down much except for the stairs. We owned a KC split home for 13 years and after Ray's last surgery and my continuing flare ups, it really became important to find that home without too many stairs. We hated to give up our home as we were on a lake that was large enough to have sailboats and the grandkids could fish, and the neighbors weren't looking into your home.
We originally looked at the Watercress addition and were pretty interested but didn't want so far north as our family is south of Wichita. When the Auburn Hills addition was opened, we got serious about looking into this living environment. When they opened the second phase with the lots butting up to a greenbelt with a creek at the bottom, we jumped and haven't been sorry. Our grandkids can't wait to come up and go swimming with us. We have found that this is not a "retirement community" but has all age groups. We are looking forward to making friends around the development which shouldn't be hard as everyone is so friendly.
The process of building the home was made very easy by Tammi and Missy and all the contractors, and we are very pleased with the end product. We have the privacy that we wanted and everyday it is like we have a little cabin in the Ozarks when we look out our windows or I gaze out my hot tub on the back patio. The homes don't look big from the outside but everyone is amazed at the size when they visit. Our private patio and the way the homes are placed makes it to where you have the privacy that we never saw in the homes we looked at before. We are very pleased with our decision and our new Home. "
"We built our home in Watercress Village 3 years ago. Our home is so pretty, just the right size, and our neighborhood is The Best. The zero entry to everything & no stairs were the a big calling cards for us.− Roberta Morrison
Wide doorways, beautiful wood-grained woodwork, upgrade styled curved corners and arched doorways help make our home a real show-place for our cozy furniture/antiques mix we’ve collected for 30+ years.
The kitchen and living room are a massive combined space (conducive to great couple interaction and for holiday get-togethers). One of my favorite extras is the walk-in shower. I’m never ever cleaning another shower door! The need to downsize our belongings was scary at first since there is no basement for all that extra stuff. After you get that done, you feel like a big weight has been lifted, and every day you are glad you did it! We all have TOO MUCH STUFF! We know almost all our neighbors and that makes adult living extra nice!"
