I was in Wichita last fall visiting my sister. She drove me out to Estancia and we viewed the models open at that time. Jim & I live in
Colorado Springs, Co. We are kicking around diffeerent ideas now that we are 83 & 75, own our home here & have for 30 yrs. It is difficult to find something like u have going there, plus we feel it may be time to move close to relative’s. Could you please send us up-to-date prices on the model’s we viewed and where the community is at this time, the totaL finished home’s, club house etc. What Medical facilities are presently closeby and maybe others being built.
